My sister is about to go out of the country for 4 months and is wondering if she can sub-let her apartment during that time, without having modifying her lease.  Can she do that?

Thanks for giving out information. It’s really nice and mean full. I want to write more but these days I am doing preparation of different online certifications mcitp exam and guide is the best helping source which is providing hundred percent authentic material. I spend my extra time in surfing internet, listening music and playing games. After my exams I would like to join you group again.

The rental agency from whom I rent a nice house, offered central air (among other things). Now that it's hot, I find the unit on the roof, a swamp cooler, does not work. There is no central air and in a phone call I made to them 6-2-10, they said they do not intend to fix it or put a new unit in. Is there anything I can do?
