Mary Hurlburt is passionate about helping people understand how to manage their money and has traveled the nation teaching people budgeting skills and how to handle credit and debt in a poor economy. Since 1994, Mary has been with Consumer Credit Counseling Service at http://www.cccservices.com/ . As their Director of Community Outreach, she’s a popular speaker who has developed and presented numerous training programs on personal finances.

Mary has helped local businesses, nonprofits, financial institutions and schools develop partnerships to improve people’s financial literacy. She has assisted many businesses and organizations such as the Ohio State Treasury, the Department of Labor, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland as a speaker and trainer, helping people improve their budgeting and credit problems.

Mary is a mother of four and grandmother of four, and now that her children are raised, she considers financial education her life’s mission!
